Test Process
Arriving
- On arrival, if driving, paid parking is available in the Super Valu car park directly across the road from our clinic. Please arrive at our Clinic wearing your face mask, 10 minutes prior to your swabbing time.
- Have your photo ID & confirmation email at the ready.
- A member of the team will greet you & they will mark you as present.
- You will fill in our check-in and consent forms while waiting for a member of the Swabbing team to call you into a testing bay. They will indicate when to remove your mask.
- When the swab has been taken please reapply your face mask.
The Swab
- Swabber will check your checkin information for verification & ask some simple medical questions
- A small swab will then be inserted into the back of your mouth & another in the nose. (Inform Swabber if you have nassel polyps before they begin)
- Swabbing is slightly uncomfortable but pain free & very quick
- Once swab has been successfully taken the Swabber will give you the thumbs up to exit
