Our Story:
RTP Supplies was founded in 2009 in Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath by Joe McLoughlin and is a premier provider of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and associated hygiene and Covid-19 products. Our customers include homes and businesses all over Ireland. And we trade with businesses in both the public and private sectors.
With the arrival of Covid-19, we worked hard to source and supply the best products to help in the fight against the pandemic, including PPE and Covid-19 test kits. These kits allowed homes and businesses to rapidly test staff for Covid-19. This helped them find and deal with outbreaks quickly. They helped keep employees safe and homes and workplaces covid-free.
Our Covid-19 test clinic in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath opened in 2020 and offered certifiable, safe, rapid Antigen and PCR testing to residents of the Midlands and beyond. With fully-qualified, senior nursing testing staff conducted high-quality rapid tests, customers received test results in a matter of hours.
Our in-house dedicated laboratory in the Synergy Centre, TU Dublin Tallaght Campus opened in 2021 and was accredited to ISO15189 standards in early 2023. This lab runs analysis on all our PCR testing ensuring safe and prompt results for customers who are travelling or flying.
As we move beyond the pandemic, our focus will turn to GP referral work, collaborating with hospitals, and addressing testing backlogs, we aim to be at the forefront of driving positive change and better healthcare outcomes in Ireland. RTP Testing commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer-centric services will propel us towards becoming a leading player in the dynamic field of healthcare testing.
